​1. Do you offer travel insurance or recommend purchasing it?
Yes! We highly recommend CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) insurance or you can opt in for purchase protection in RegFox. Here are three third-party sites offering up to 75% reimbursement:

2. What happens if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Our chef provides gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. Please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

3. Is this retreat suitable for beginners in yoga, meditation, or creative practices?
Absolutely! All practices are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. We honor each participant’s pace and personal journey.

4. What should I bring with me to the retreat?
We recommend comfortable clothing for movement, layers for varying temperatures, a water bottle, and personal toiletries. We’ll send a full packing guide when we get closer to the retreat.

5. Is there a liability waiver or insurance I need to sign?
Yes, all participants will be asked to sign a simple liability waiver upon registering.

6. Can I attend only part of the retreat?
No — this is a short, fully immersive retreat. We cannot accommodate partial attendance.

7. How do I get to Gaia Villa and what are the nearest airports or transport options?
Gaia Villa is located near Joshua Tree National Park. The nearest airports are Palm Springs (PSP), Los Angeles (LAX), and San Diego (SAN). Recommendations for car rentals, shuttles, or ride shares will be provided closer to the retreat.

8. Are the accommodations shared or private, and can I choose my room?
All accommodations are shared, with either 2 or 4 people per room. Rooms are assigned first-come, first-served. Please note any room or roommate requests in your registration, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

9. What if I have special accessibility or mobility needs?
We strive to make our retreat as accessible as possible. Please reach out to us ahead of time so we can ensure your comfort and full participation.

10. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due at checkout. The full retreat cost is non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased through RegFox or a third-party provider.
